2014 Estate Tempranillo

This wine demonstrates a brilliant clear garnet color, base to the rim. Aromas of raspberries, strawberries, and soft leather lead into a rich palate much the same. Subtle tannins and a pleasant balance of light vanilla to red cherries make this a pleasantly approachable wine. The wine is enjoyable on its own, or pairs well with grilled meats, garlic rich Italian cuisine or a hearty beef stew.

2016 Estate Graciano

A rare grape variety especially in Washington State, this wine demonstrates a bright ruby color, base to the rim. Aromas of raspberries, Bing cherries, and light vanilla lead into a similar rich palate. Subtle tannins, slight acidity and a pleasant balance of light vanilla and red berries make this a pleasantly approachable wine. The wine is fantastic on its own, or you can enjoy it with fried or grilled poultry, mild red chile rich (New) Mexican cuisine or a hearty Holiday dinner. 2022 Estate Rosé of Garnacha Tinta

Our off-dry Rosé of Garnacha Tinta is our “social sipper.” It’s a refreshingly enjoyable wine to enjoy anytime. This wine demonstrates a beautiful pink rose color. Aromas of lime twist and strawberries lead to a palate rich with strawberries and fresh pears. Subtle fruit notes and a pleasant light sweetness balanced by a crisp acidity make this an easily approachable wine. This wine is enjoyable on its own, and also pairs well with spicy or salty foods such as slightly spicy salami, including Spanish Salchichon, or even Italian Pepperoni. Good cheese pairings are in the slightly acidic Swiss family like Emmentaler or Gruyere. Served chilled (14C ~ 57F), this off dry rosé is a perfect sipper on its own, or pairs amazingly well with red chile enchiladas or other spicy cuisine (Buffalo Wings or spicy Thai!). It’s also great with light snacks or fried chicken. Our favorite pairing? Spicy nachos with good company, yes please!
